I know compared to other comic book conventions this is small, but frankly, it is my favorite. I like it better because it is smaller, but, the venue is nice, the weather is just right, never too hot, never cold.

If you are in the area stop by and buy stuff, even some of my stuff!

To add to Alex's thoughts...

I have been to the fall version of this con, and found it a very relaxed and enjoyable event. I'm sure the spring event is just as fun.

The location is the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Remember to always look down when walking. You never know what the cattle may have left behind. (Oh, that's just a joke. The site is clean.)

Thanks Alan.

Micro is a bit more fun because while it has a few less talents there, the dealers are out to make money, and the prices are awesome, so you end up with more traffic, and it is just one day. By the end of the second day at FallCon I generally feel like ass. Not AN Ass, but ass.

I don't think I could choose between this and FallCon. I love them both for different reasons.

FallCon is crazier with bigger names and I dig that, but like Alex says, there's something really special about the intimacy of MicroCon. It's a fanTAStic show.
